All deposits on bet10 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits:
Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically reflected in your bet10 balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed on the wallet side. Bank transfers and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on the financial institution involved. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and are displayed at the point of initiating a deposit within your account dashboard.
bet10 does not charge a fee for processing deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges — these are outside our control and are your responsibility. You must only deposit using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests on bet10 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the limits and verification requirements in place at the time of the request. Withdrawals are always issued in PKR.
Before your first withdrawal — and potentially at intervals thereafter — bet10 may require you to complete identity verification. This is a standard process and may involve providing a copy of a government-issued identity document and proof of ownership of the payment method being used. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in the withdrawal being held until the process is completed.
Processing times for withdrawals vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank. bet10 does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by your bank or wallet provider.
Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be included in a withdrawal request. Only real-money PKR balance that is fully cleared and unrestricted is available for withdrawal.
bet10 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games or sports, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these general Terms and Conditions.
bet10 reserves the right to modify, suspend or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed and wagering is in progress, bet10 will make reasonable efforts to honour the original terms at the time of claim.
Once you have confirmed a bet or wager on bet10, that bet is final and cannot be cancelled or amended except in the specific circumstances described in the rules applicable to that market or game. It is your responsibility to check your selections carefully before confirming.
Odds displayed on bet10 for cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and other markets are subject to change up until the moment the bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds applied to your bet. Live in-play bets follow the same principle — the odds locked in at the moment of confirmation are final.
In the event that a sporting event is postponed, abandoned or declared void under the relevant governing body's rules, bets placed on that event will be settled according to bet10's event-specific void and postponement policy, which is available in the Sports section of the platform.
All gaming outcomes on bet10 — including fish shooting game results, bingo ball draws, live casino hand outcomes and slot spins — are determined by independent random number generation or by live physical processes (in the case of live dealer tables). bet10 does not manipulate game outcomes. All PKR stakes placed in gaming are final once the game round has begun.
In the unlikely event of a technical error that affects the outcome of a game round, bet10 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the players involved. Winnings generated during a round subsequently found to have been affected by a technical fault may be reversed.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on bet10 and will result in account suspension, permanent closure or forfeiture of balance depending on the severity:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bet10's total liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — shall not exceed the net deposits made by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bet10 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such losses.
You may request the closure of your bet10 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money PKR balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.
